These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between the Académie l'Étiquette au Quotidien (MSL — MONSIEUR STEPHANE LAURENT) and any individual (hereinafter "the Client") wishing to purchase training or services offered by the Academy.
These T&C define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of online training and guidance services offered by the Académie l'Étiquette au Quotidien (MSL — MONSIEUR STEPHANE LAURENT) via the site letiquetteauquotidien.com.
Monthly access to the savoir-vivre encyclopedia, video capsules, exclusive articles and monthly virtual meetings. Price: €67 incl. VAT / month.
Complete encyclopedia, video training bundle, 4 x 30-minute coaching sessions with an expert, access to MSL events. Price: €150 incl. VAT / month.
Personalised guidance over 12 hours with multi-domain experts, meeting with Stéphane LAURENT. Price: on request.
Prices are stated in euros including VAT. MSL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the conditions in effect at the time of the order shall apply.
Access to Academy programmes is subject to admission by application. MSL reserves the right to accept or refuse any application without having to justify its decision. Enrolment is final upon acceptance of the application and receipt of payment.
Payment is made online by credit card or bank transfer according to the terms indicated during enrolment. Any order constitutes acceptance of these T&C. Order confirmation is sent by email to the address provided by the Client.
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Client has 14 calendar days from the date of enrolment to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to justify reasons or pay penalties.
This right does not apply to digital content whose execution has begun before the end of the withdrawal period with the express consent of the Client.

Access to training content is personal and non-transferable. Login credentials may under no circumstances be shared with third parties. MSL reserves the right to suspend access in the event of violation of this rule, without refund.
All content made available as part of the training (videos, documents, educational materials) is the exclusive property of MSL. Any reproduction, distribution or use for commercial purposes without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
MSL undertakes to provide services with all due care and diligence. However, results obtained by the Client depend on their personal commitment. MSL cannot be held liable for results obtained or not obtained following training.
Data collected during enrolment is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy available on this site. It is never shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution shall be sought before any legal proceedings. Failing amicable agreement, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to any legal entity (company, association, institution) wishing to purchase training, guidance or services offered by MONSIEUR STEPHANE LAURENT.
These T&C govern the relationship between MONSIEUR STEPHANE LAURENT (hereinafter "the Provider") and any legal entity (hereinafter "the Professional Client") in the context of the provision of training, masterclasses, group coaching or bespoke services.
All services for professional clients are subject to a prior quote, valid for 30 days from its date of issue. The order is firm and final upon receipt of the signed quote and, according to the agreed terms, payment of the deposit.
Pricing for professional services is established by quote based on the number of participants, duration, venue and specific client needs. Prices are stated exclusive of VAT, to which VAT at the applicable rate is added.
Exclusive small-group sessions in exceptional venues. Indicative price: from €5,000 to €10,000 excl. VAT per participant depending on duration and venue.
Programmes specifically designed for teams, executives or corporate events. Price upon request.
Unless otherwise stated in the quote, the payment terms are as follows:
Any late payment will incur late payment penalties at the rate of three times the legal interest rate, as well as a fixed recovery compensation of €40 in accordance with Article D.441-5 of the French Commercial Code.
MSL reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service in the event of force majeure, without compensation.
Both parties undertake to maintain the confidentiality of information exchanged in the context of the service. This confidentiality obligation shall continue for a period of 3 years after the end of the service.
The materials, methods and educational content used in training remain the exclusive property of MSL. Any reproduction or distribution, even partial, is subject to prior written authorisation.
MSL's liability is limited to the amount actually received for the service in question. MSL cannot be held liable for indirect damages suffered by the Professional Client.
These T&C are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute shall be brought before the Commercial Court of Paris.
